Shipping & Return Policy

Each Les Carrés de Claire silk scarf is made to order with care, especially for you. Because our pieces are produced individually and many designs may include personalization, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personalized items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the matter and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable solution.
To be eligible for review, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that slight color variations may occur between screen display and printed silk, as each monitor shows colors differently. These subtle differences are not considered defects.

Glad to see you here! I'm Claire, the Founder of Les Carrés de Claire, a collection of silk scarves inspired by the timeless elegance of France and designed for women who appreciate beauty, heritage, and personal expression.

Since moving to the United States more than six years ago, I have wanted to bring with me a piece of France and share this inspiration with American women in a form that feels elegant, wearable, and deeply personal.

In France, a silk square is more than an accessory. It is a cherished companion worn throughout life's seasons, passed from mother to daughter, and treasured for years. It carries memories, marks milestones, and becomes part of a woman's story.
